These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and eVisa to Egypt ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website, services, and e-Visa application platform.

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services Overview

eVisa to Egypt provides an online platform that assists travelers in applying for electronic visas (e-Visas) to Egypt. Our services include:

  • Providing information about Egypt e-Visa requirements and application procedures
  • Facilitating the completion and submission of e-Visa applications
  • Processing payments for e-Visa fees and service charges
  • Reviewing applications for completeness and accuracy
  • Submitting applications to Egyptian immigration authorities
  • Delivering approved e-Visas to applicants
  • Providing customer support throughout the application process

We are a private company providing visa application assistance services and are not affiliated with the Egyptian government or any Egyptian embassy or consulate.

2. User Eligibility

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations
  • You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during the application process
  • You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

If you are applying for an e-Visa on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to act on their behalf and to bind them to these Terms.

3. Application Process and Requirements

3.1 Application Submission

To apply for an Egypt e-Visa through our platform, you must:

  • Complete all required fields in the application form
  • Upload all required documents in the specified format
  • Pay the applicable visa fee and service charge
  • Review and confirm the accuracy of your application before submission

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided in your application is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in delays, rejection of your application, or issues upon arrival in Egypt.

3.3 Document Requirements

You must provide all required documents as specified in our application guidelines. All documents must be:

  • Valid and not expired
  • Clear and legible
  • In the specified format and size
  • Authentic and not altered or forged

3.4 Processing Time

While we strive to process applications as quickly as possible, processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Processing times depend on various factors, including the volume of applications, the complexity of your case, and the response time of Egyptian immigration authorities.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Fee Structure

Our fees consist of:

  • The official Egypt e-Visa fee, which is passed on to the Egyptian government
  • Our service charge for processing your application

All fees are clearly displayed before payment and are charged in US Dollars (USD).

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards with international payment capability. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

4.3 Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable once an application has been submitted, regardless of the outcome of the application. This includes cases where:

  • Your application is rejected by Egyptian immigration authorities
  • You provide incorrect or incomplete information
  • You decide to cancel your trip or no longer need the e-Visa
  • You obtain a visa through another channel

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider partial refunds at our sole discretion. Please contact our customer support team if you believe your case warrants special consideration.

5. Visa Approval and Validity

5.1 Visa Approval

The approval of e-Visa applications is at the sole discretion of Egyptian immigration authorities. We do not guarantee that your application will be approved. Factors that may affect approval include but are not limited to:

  • Your nationality and travel history
  • The purpose of your visit
  • The completeness and accuracy of your application
  • Security and background checks

5.2 Visa Validity and Conditions

If your e-Visa is approved:

  • It is valid only for the period specified on the visa
  • It permits entry only for the purpose specified in your application
  • It must be used within the validity period
  • You must comply with all entry requirements and immigration laws of Egypt

5.3 Entry Discretion

Even with an approved e-Visa, entry into Egypt is at the discretion of immigration officers at the port of entry. We are not responsible if you are denied entry for any reason.

6. User Conduct

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
  • Submit applications for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent any eligibility requirements or restrictions
  • Use our services to apply for visas for individuals without their knowledge or consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of our website or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from our website (scraping)
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel applications if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to eVisa to Egypt and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our website without our prior written consent, except for:

  • Temporary storage in your computer's cache memory during your browsing session
  • Storage of files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement
  • Printing or downloading one copy of a reasonable number of pages for your personal, non-commercial use

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eVisa to Egypt and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on our website
  • Rejection of your visa application by Egyptian authorities
  • Denial of entry into Egypt despite having an approved e-Visa
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our website

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for your e-Visa application.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless eVisa to Egypt and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of a third party
  • Your use of our website or services
  • Your provision of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Any misrepresentation made by you

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We will notify you of material changes to these Terms by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  2. Mediation: If informal negotiation fails, the parties agree to engage in mediation with a mutually agreed-upon mediator.
  3. Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in London, United Kingdom, in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of these Terms or our services must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.
